COVID-19
What precautions and requirements are in place for COVID-19?
Royal Caribbean no longer requires COVID-19 vaccination to board their ships. Currently, a negative COVID-19 test within 3 days of boarding or proof of COVID-19 vaccination is the policy.

What is the refund policy?
If this cruise is canceled by Royal Caribbean or Lifeway, a full refund will be issued. Barring a cancellation from either of these parties, all tickets are nonrefundable.
Can I use my cruise credit with Royal Caribbean toward this cruise?
We can not guarantee you can use a prior cruise credit from Royal Caribbean for this cruise, but we are happy to look into it with Royal Caribbean to see if it qualifies. Please email customer service at cruise@lifeway.com to make this request.
What does the $199 Conference fee cover?
The conference fee covers all extra programming provided by Lifeway including Bible teaching, worship, devotions, Q&A times and other programming exclusive to the Lifeway Group.
Can I book my cruise with Royal Caribbean and pay the Lifeway Conference fee separately?
Only passengers who have booked through Lifeway will be eligible for admission to the conference programming.
What is the refund policy for travel insurance?
Most insurance companies including Travel Guard do not refund travel insurance purchases due to COVID-19 but they will provide a voucher for a future cruise. Refunds have to be requested directly to Travel Guard.

Do we need a passport to go on the cruise?
The answer from Royal Caribbean's FAQ states: "We highly recommend that all U.S. Citizens cruise with their U.S. Passport book that is valid at least 6 months after your cruise. Guests may also sail with their official Birth Certificate and a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, like a driver’s license or an identity card." At this time, you will also need to cruise with your COVID-19 vaccination card in order to board the cruise.
When can I book excursions for the cruise?
Once you have registered and receive your booking ID from Royal Caribbean and Lifeway, you are welcome to book your excursions.
What times will the music, teaching and worship program take place on the cruise?
This information will be provided a few months before we sail. However, know that program times will take place when we are NOT in port or on excursions. The teaching and worship and other programming for the Lifeway group will take place at times we are at sea.
Can I meet the Chapmans on this cruise?
There will be a time set aside for pre-scheduled signings with the Chapmans throughout the cruise.
