Fall 2025: Volume 5 –Division and Defiance

In the Volume 5 study, Division and Defiance, we'll realize the importance of listening to God's voice. Israel was to be set apart, but the people desired to be like the nations surrounding them. Israel split into the Northern and Southern kingdoms of Israel and Judah, and a string of evil kings led God's people farther down a path of defiance—farther away from the Lord as they worshiped false gods. God never abandoned His people and used the prophets to call them back to His heart. Light appeared in this dark period, as kings who walked faithfully with Yahweh restored worship and pointed to a greater King to come—the Savior, Jesus Christ. (13 sessions)
