ice in my area but unfortunately with UPS you talk to someone overseas and they send a message to UPS. But it did work out. They called me the next day (I left my # in the message) and asked if I wanted to meet them or of they could leave the package. I told them to leave it there that I'd be there to get it in a few minutes. The second hiccup was that prefilled communion cups were shipped in a large heavy box with many bulletins and one box of them was crushed and bled grape juice ruining that box of cups (I think it was a 6 count). But Lifeway customer service was very easy to talk to, wonderful to chat with, and sent me a replacement to my home address so I didn't have to deal with UPS again. They were amazing! So UPS and the lack of communication on the front end of the ordering process caused them to lose a star. There was no indication that someone had to be present to receive the shipment of the order and UPS was very difficult to contact and communicate with. Although hat part was frustrating and a hassle, it all worked out in a timely manner. So overall it was a positive experience but could have gone smoother. The ordering process was easy enough. (We already have an account) But it would be a good idea for Lifeway to add a blip about if having packages delivered to the Church's physical business address that someone needs to be there to receive it otherwise that they recommend having it shipped to a member's home.
