You send an email for $8.99 then we would have to buy the paper, the ink, do the printing, then put them together. That's 1,400 pages (15 people in the choir). So, we found another company to order the books from, but they didn't have the split trac, etc. so back to you. YOUR WEBSITE IS A DISASTER! So you wanted to charge us for 10 books when we ordered the split trac. So I called and got a very nice person who worked things out for me. Even she said your website was not easy to work with. So again, she sent an email with the download and I had to pay $90 for your email. The SATO and listening CD's were also the same. That is highway robbery. Maybe if you wanted to charge that outrageous amount to the public, but to your own Baptist denomination? Our church orders everything from you, including our Sunday School books (which again is overpriced), but we do. But let me tell you, as long as I am music director, WE WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN! Clearly, we need new leadership in our denomination. I believe you get my point.
