Starting out in kids ministry is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. This online cohort is designed for Kids Ministers/Directors in their first few years of ministry who want to learn, grow, and connect with others on the same journey. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies, share experiences, and encourage one another as we build strong foundations for lifelong impact.
You’ll find this group a valuable space to learn and grow alongside others. We will provide the book What About Kids Ministry for our assigned reading.

Delanee Williams

Your Cohort Leader is Delanee Williams. She is one of Lifeway’s team members who has over 30 years of children’s ministry experience and expertise that will enhance your group’s time together. Delanee Williams will guide every session and is very familiar with the content you’re going to discuss. Each session will also include another Lifeway team member who will speak on a specific topic.
