About Us
Lynley Mandrell
Lynley Mandrell is co-host of The Glass House podcast. In addition to being wife to Ben and mom to four teenagers, she serves as Strategic Project Manager for Visioneering Studios—an architecture firm dedicated to creating inspiring spaces for churches. As a former church planter, children’s ministry director, and pastor’s wife, Lynley has great empathy for those who experience the highs and lows of ministry life. Lynley is a fan of slow Saturday mornings, Pure Barre exercise, and perfectly-cooked pizza.
Ben Mandrell
Ben Mandrell is the 10th President of Lifeway Christian Resources. He and Lynley have been married since 2001 and have four kids: Ava, Max, Miles and Jack. Prior to coming to Lifeway, Ben pastored two churches—Englewood Baptist in Jackson, TN and a church plant in Arvada, CO. Having served in church leadership, Ben has a heart for connecting with ministry staff who feel the pressures of the weekly treadmill. Ben loves clean hotels, thin socks, and thought-provoking movies.
Ben and Lynley live in Franklin, TN with their family and two Golden Retrievers, Finn and Sully.
