Tips to Ensure On-Time Delivery

Everyone here at Team Lifeway is grateful to be able to partner with you as you make disciples. Which is why we regret to share that worldwide supply-chain disruptions have affected us as well. To minimize any risk of delayed deliveries or stock issues, we encourage you to:

  • Place your order(s) as early as possible to ensure inventory availability and earlier delivery.

  • Consider switching your quarterly order to Autoship as these automated orders are always factored into inventory totals and shipped first.

This will help us plan and deliver on our intention to fulfill all orders before the suggested first-use Sunday.

  • Worldwide supply chain delays, paper shortages, and labor shortages have impacted many of our printers. This has led to delivery delays for many of our titles.

  • Order status can be viewed at my.lifeway.com/order-history.  

  • We are working to ensure delivery of all orders before our suggested first use date of Sunday, June 5. All orders placed by the due date printed on your order form, including Autoship orders, will be shipped first. Orders placed after the due date printed on the order form will be shipped in the order in which they were received.

  • *Orders placed after the due date printed on the order form will be shipped in the order in which they were received, after Autoship orders and orders entered on or before the due date have been fulfilled.

  • Because of printer production issues, some products have not been received at our warehouse. This will cause a brief backorder status for some items you may have ordered. Once delivered to us, we will fulfill the remainder of your order as quickly as possible.  

  • You will not incur any additional shipping charges for backordered items.

  • Autoship orders, as well as orders placed prior to the due date printed on your order form, are given priority for shipping.
