Winter 2026: Volume 6 – Prophets and Provision

The Volume 6 study, Prophets and Provision, explores how God empowers believers to live faithfully in a culture that is hostile toward God. Students will follow God's people into Babylonian exile—a consequence of their disobedience—and discover that God didn't let them go alone. God equipped Daniel to stand boldly for his faith, despite facing threats to his life and his identity. Through Daniel's unwavering faithfulness, and the boldness of others like Esther, God displayed His authority over all nations and His ability to work through history to accomplish His plan of salvation. God kept His promise to bring a remnant home from exile. The people physically returned to rebuild Jerusalem, but more importantly, they repented and returned to the Lord. Israel's journey to Babylon and back reminds students that God is with them in exile too—in a culture that resists faithfulness to God and attempts to erase their identity as believers. As strangers and foreigners here (1 Pet. 2:11), students can lean on God to equip them, restore them, and help them rebuild when they fall. (13 sessions)
