Stepping Up explores Psalms 120-134. Traveling pilgrims sang these psalms both on the way to the great festivals of Israel and as key elements of worship at those festivals. This study will help you enter into a new level of relationship and intimacy with God through these important psalms.

• Session Introduction: In the introductory session Beth introduces the 15 Psalms of Ascent and the three prominent roles the Psalms of Ascent played in the ancient pilgrim festivals. (55:20)
• Session 1: Where Will My Help Come From. Beth explores the role of the Psalms and singing in the lives of the ancient Israelites and how singing and worship go together to greatly enhance our lives today. (52:51)
• Session 2: Our Eyes Look to the Lord. Beth develops the first of the festivals — the Feast of Unleavened Bread. She opens the great symbolism contained in the feast and shows it's ultimate application, in Jesus Christ. (56:00)
• Session 3: Great Things for Us. Beth turns her attention to the second of the Pilgrim Feasts: the Feast of Weeks. Some know the celebration better by its Greek name of Pentecost. It was a celebration of the law and of remembering former bondage. (61:40)
• Session 4: A Fruitful Vine. Beth teaches about the third major Pilgrim Feast called the Feast of Tabernacles. It was a great invitation to joy with a strong emphasis on the Messiah. (54:25)
• Session 5: My Hope is in the Lord. Beth turns our attention to one of the most vital elements of our journey: our fellow pilgrims. She explores how we can be effective fellow sojourners on our journey as we learn to fight for one another rather than with one another. (62:30)
• Session 6: Blessings from Zion. Beth concludes the journey through the Psalms of Ascent. Her thoughts center on four ways to have the most satisfying pilgrimage possible. You can know with certainty that the destination is worth the trip. (60:10)
