Special Buddies: Jesus Walked on Water

Special Buddies is a Bible study curriculum for children in grades 1-6 who have developmental and intellectual special needs. Each downloadable PDF contains six pages of multisensory leader guide activity suggestions and six or more learner guide pages. Sessions are designed to be presented to children over a two-week period and may be used in a self-contained special needs classroom or as a developmentally appropriate adaptation for a child with special needs who attends a typically-graded classroom.

Bible Story: Jesus Walked on Water (based on Matthew 14:22-33)

Level of Biblical Learning (Jesus): Jesus performed miracles, healed the sick, and restored life.

Bible Truth: Jesus did things no one else can do.

Life Application: Knowing that Jesus did things no one else could do, I can thank God for Jesus.
