Winter 2026 Study: Matthew 1–13
When high school and college students are interested in a certain career path, they often shadow an expert in that field for a day or two. It gives them a better feel for the job’s requirements and a clearer understanding of what will be expected. They learn what to do by watching the example of one who’s walked that path already. For Christ followers, we have no greater example than what we see in the life of Jesus. By listening to His words and watching His actions, we learn the do’s and don’ts of living out our faith. As you study Matthew 1–13, you’ll get a firsthand account of what it’s like to walk with Jesus each day—and learn what it means to become a citizen of God’s kingdom. (12 sessions)

The Bible Reading Plan corresponds with the study plan for the Explore the Bible series. This daily reading plan assigns a few verses each day over each three-month study, allowing readers to read the Bible completely over the course of the 66-book Explore the Bible study.
