Join the New Toy Box Leadership Cohort for Pastors and Ministry Leaders
Whether you are a lead pastor or a member of your church's leadership team, we all need to sharpen our leadership skills. Veteran leaders and those new to a church staff will benefit from this online learning cohort. The Toy Box Leadership Cohort will focus on the content from Dr. Ron Hunter's book, Toy Box Leadership. The Toy Box Leadership Cohort is a 10-session learning experience that meets monthly for two hours, and is designed to give you practical insights into leading at a higher level. You’ll connect with peers from across the country, learn from an experienced cohort leader, and leave with practical tools for launching and sustaining healthy ministry.

Leader: Ken Brady
Director of Sunday School & Strategic Partnerships, Lifeway
Ken has over 35+ years experience in local church ministry. He's served as a student pastor, discipleship pastor, XP, and business administrator. Ken was Lifeway's Managing Director of Adult Curriculum from 2010-2020. He's authored multiple books on group ministry, leads the Disciple-making in Community Podcast, and has the country's largest following on his groups blog. He releases monthly articles through Lifeway Research, and looks forward to getting to know you, your ministry, and ways he can help you grow to the next level in your leadership abilities.
