LifeWay remains open and available to serve you during the COVID-19 crisis.

The last few weeks have been full of confusion, anxiety, and fear. As our daily lives are disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, we rely even more on the promises of God. Joshua 1:9 says, “Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go” (CSB). So with faith in God and standing in His strength, LifeWay is as committed as ever to our mission of serving churches and Christians, and anyone seeking to know more about God to the best of our abilities.

Here are some of the core ways we will continue to serve you during this time:

1. We Are Still Actively Shipping New Purchases and Processing Returns

Our warehouse and distribution center are currently operating normally. Increased cleaning and safety measures help us ensure the well-being of our employees and customers moving forward.

2. Online Purchasing Allows for Safe Deliveries

Purchasing through LifeWay.com allows you to continue receiving the same great resources safely delivered to your door. So whether you want to send an encouraging book to your loved ones, order a new Bible to help you dig deeper into God’s Word, or develop your faith through a Bible study or one of our other tools, we are able to serve you in a safe and healthy way.

3. Customer Service Is Still Operating

Our Customer Service team is available to help you with anything from returns to placing new orders, and they can answer any questions you may have. LifeWay has embraced digital technologies that allow our Customer Service team to work remotely and continue the great work they do on a daily basis.

4. Our Corporate Employees Are Serving Remotely

The Lord has blessed us through the provision of modern technology that allows our corporate staff to work from the safety of their homes. We are grateful to serve you with our full capacity during such a stressful time.
