The Volume 8 study, From Wonder to Rejection focuses on Jesus’s authority over all things—sickness, disease, and even death. More importantly, Jesus has authority to meet our greatest need—the forgiveness of our sin. Jesus’s works and claims prove His deity; He is one with the Father. This makes all the difference. Jesus established His kingdom here on earth in part, but His kingdom is coming in its fullness. Because we have the assurance of this truth, we have hope even in trials and persecutions. Disciples are called to spread the good news of God’s kingdom and share this hope with others through our words and our actions. (13 sessions)
