Session 1 The Gospel and Work - [20:42]
Scripture gives at least three catalytic metaphors that say, “This is what it looks like for faith or the gospel to show up anywhere.” One is salt, one is light, and one is sweet perfume. Author Steve Graves explains how the gospel can do its salt work, its light work, and its perfume work in a job setting. In this video see how that can take place.

Session 2 Individual Baseline – [20:46]
What are the things all followers of Jesus, regardless of their skills and temperament, their work setting and the kind of work they perform, can do to represent Jesus well? Author Steve Graves explains that it is possible to come up with a list that can apply to the CEO and factory-line worker, and every position in between.

Session 3 Individual Blue Sky -- [31:43]
The Individual Blue Sky encompasses that region of a person’s work that taps into his or her wiring and calling to harness the power, reach and intent of the gospel. Author Steve Graves and some colleagues discuss how this not only possible, but necessary.

Session 4 Organizational Baseline – [20:13]
There is an organizational baseline for treating people and creation in ways that honor God’s values. There are some irreducible minimums that apply to any and every organization that wants to do good. Author Steve Graves and his guests explain how if you want to be a part of an organization that lives out the gospel, you must help it live up to the baseline. And if you’re a Christian, you should want to be part of an organization that, at minimum, tolerates gospel goodness.

Session 5 Organizational Blue Sky -- [18:25]
A community of people who share the bond of faith can eliminate patterns that need to be reversed in any industry and institutionally push back darkness. Steve Graves encourages you and other believers to look at your jobs, your team and the work you’re doing and identify where gospel values aren’t prevailing. Then pray and act to inject gospel goodness into those gaps.

Session 6 Take the Gospel to Work – [20:27]
Steve Graves encourages viewers to use their spiritual imagination to develop a Gospel Goes to Work plan. The gospel can and must make a difference in things we do or can’t do, whether in our negotiations our actions, or our conversations in and around work. One person living out the gospel can change the world through his or her work.
