e that the entire order would be sent to me again at no charge. While on hold, I discovered that I had received it, but it was delivered to my front porch, instead of my mailbox , as it usually is. I live in a rural area and my mailbox is one mile from my house. After discovering MY mistake, I apologized to Stephanie and she was very kind. I was totally embarrassed, but Stephanie was very gracious to me. I would like for Stephanie's supervisor to be made aware of her kind demeanor and patience and also would like to thank Lifeway for willingly offer to satisfy me for something that was totally my fault.
