Bible Studies for Life: Students - Middle School Bundle - Winter 2020-21

The Bible Studies for Life: Students Middle School Bundle contains digital Bible study content designed specifically to help leaders teach, illustrate, and apply the truth of Scripture to the lives of 6th-8th grade students. The Middle School Bundle provides the same biblically rich content as the regular Leader Guide, but with the addition of interactive engage options geared towards a middle school audience, as well as discussion questions aimed to guide students through the lesson.

This winter, we’re going to examine six psalms that speak to our different emotions in Real Life Emotions. While these psalmists were not hesitant to express their emotions, they directed their feelings toward God. Through their psalms, we discover how to convey our own emotions in a healthy, Christ-honoring way. In Spiritual Disciplines, we will see that spiritual health requires following through on the principles we learn from the Bible. We won’t just consider what the Bible says about how to grow—we will also consider the applications of the biblical principles we discover. These disciplines are worth our time and investment because they help us to experience the life and joy Jesus wants us to experience in Him.
