An Effective Leader is a Good Follower - Jessie Seneca
The greatest leaders are the closest followers of the one true Leader. How we lead is determined by how well we follow. We must follow Christ first, and learn from the earthly leaders God places in our lives. Although some may not be good examples, we can learn from both. The ability to discern good leadership helps us lead others more productively. Who you follow matters—who follows you counts!

You’ve probably heard the phrase, “the call of God,” but maybe you don’t know exactly what it means. Does the Lord still call people, or was that something He did only in biblical times? The answer is yes, God is still in the business of seeking followers. He places many calls on our lives, and they can be wrapped into two types—lifelong and seasonal. Have you felt God calling you into a leadership role? Now what? Maybe you felt the call many years ago and it has not come to fruition yet and you find yourself in the waiting game or you may be in the throes of that very calling. No matter where you find yourself, together we will unpacks your call to a Person, a Purpose, a Passion, and a People, encouraging you to walk with intentionality before God and your team—Always abounding in the work of the Lord.
Dominion and the Ministry Wife - Diane Nix
Living life in the proverbial 'glass house"" is a privilege, a joy, and a great challenge. Ministry is joyous, rewarding, fulfilling, incredible, but ministry can also be hard and lonely. For years, Diane and her husband have explicitly prayed for one another to walk humbly in their dominion. Dominion is our God-called Place, the one area He has ordained us to walk. A ministry life lived from a “glass house” is almost impossible without this understanding of our position in and through Christ. Living lives authentically and purposed by the One who called us is central. Ministry wives will finish well if they understand and live out of their dominion. Join Diane as she discusses this truth and the difference it makes when we live it.
Mentoring - Relationships that Flourish - Savannah Ivey
With the voices of culture around us in today’s world, the need to be rooted in Christ is crucial. But what does that look like? For young women, one of the best ways to learn this is to connect with a more mature believer in a mentoring relationship. In this breakout session, we’ll discuss how to initiate the relationship, tools to use within the relationship, and how to replicate the relationship in others. We’ll also use the brand new mentoring resource from LifeWay called “Flourish” to provide a framework. This session is both for the woman who wants to be a mentor and the woman who wants to be mentored. Because it’s not about being perfect, it’s about pointing her to the One who is.
