Page 224 states I can find the end notes for the study that are cited but not included in the Bible study book re: Esther. It also states there are worksheets to be downloaded. Both may be here but I have not located them despite several searches. It appears that Beth Moore prides herself on scholarship and, if so, including easy access to her citations is essential and to be expected when purchasing the guide.
