As a retired public school administrator I am familiar with the mechanics and veribage of school improvement. However what is fantastic with this course is the simple format, easy listening, and all the tools needed are provided. I was impressed with the imphasis on prayer and transformational teaching. Recommend this course to local associations to train SS Directors in their local churches. It does not matter what size your church is- large or small this course is excellant. Looking forward to more!!!
