The content of the DVD is practical and relevant. Believers and nonbelievers will see themselves in the vignettes, which makes the DVD a good evangelism tool as well as a good discipleship tool. The solutions are so very practical--taken from daily life tasks, such as exercising, food choices, etc., which, again, makes the content appealing to lost folks as well as believers. And, Lifeway did an outstanding job with the packaging of this product, including the theme song. All learning styles will be satisfied. I plan to present this topic and material to the women of my local Church, and I encourage all women's ministry leaders to do the same. While men certainly need help in the area of busyness, I think this product will be most appealing to women.
