I wish I had this book when I began homeschooling. Cathy Duffy walks all parents, novices or veterans, through the process of how to choose the best curriculum, based on the child's learning styles, the parent's learning styles, and other circumstances that affect family life. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants some tangible help in the difficult process of narrowing down curriculum choices.

This book gives you a lot of information in an organized and concise manner. The author first helps you discover which method(s) of homeschooling you tend to prefer. Next, she breaks the curriculum down into categories and goes over many options within each category concisely but thoroughly. She also includes information about where we can get the products and what the prices are. She’s done a lot of work and now all of this information is right at our fingertips! It’s a great reference. I didn’t know half of what is available out there. Perfect for me! It helped a lot! It's a resouce that I would recommend for every homeschool parent.
