The studies were about 30 minutes long (DVD) and the daily workbook sessions for the week (5 days) were easily done in 20 minutes which made it "doable" and was just the right amount of info. to swallow and digest. It was like an in-depth devotional for the day. I have truly enjoyed this study and the ladies I'm doing it with are equally empowered by Angela's way of communicating God's lavish love for us! They want to use it in the youth group at church with girls, high school age, so it's not just for adults!!! Angela was a youth minister to senior high girls in the past!!!!
