Since Oct. 06 a group of saved but unchurched women have met in my home on Mon. nights to do this study. They all struggle with discouragement/depression. God put the group together,chose the time,and led me to this study--all done in His perfection. It's been amazing! God is working in wondrous ways in our lives. We've learned from God's Word, but I have also learned from these women. They have helped me see & hear first hand how awful depression can be. God has allowed me to see Him work in front of my eyes in their lives. They understand themselves more & how events & people in their past have shaped their lives. Leading this group study is one of the best things I've ever done in my life to grow spiritually. The Lord has shown me through this there are so many outside the church who want to know somebody cares. This study has been a turning point in the lives of myself & these women in our walk with the Lord. It's good stuff...it's life changing! Neither they nor I will ever forget it! I wish I could talk to the writers to thank them personally.

This program booklet is self inclusive so any member of a group can lead the weekly sessions. It reaches not only those with dispair/depression but also those church members who would be willing to learn to help understand and support those dealing with these feelings.
