by Beth Moore
God is much more than we have yet acknowledged and experienced. He is capable of doing tremendously more than we have witnessed. Beth says that she has become utterly convinced that we see so little, primarily because we believe Him for so little. Here’s the great news: God wants to change all that!
Based on Isaiah 43:10, Believing God will examine what it means to believe God, rather than to just believe in Him. Participants will study the lives of Abraham, Moses and others from Hebrews 11 as examples of persons who believed God.
God is constantly at work in us! Although He reserves the right to perform any measure of His work beyond our awareness, you and I can see much more of God’s activity than we actually do!
Formerly an internet-only study, participants now have a choice to gather as a group to join Beth’s "hometown girls" in Believing God as it was recorded live at First Baptist Church, Houston, for the internet study.
This is a 10 week study which is easy to use.

Experiencing God Together By Henry T. Blackaby & Melvin D. Blackaby
God saves individuals but places them in community with one another. A community of believers. God is creating for Himself a people through whom He can accomplish His purposes in our world. You and your church family can experience the fullness of life, a manifest presence of God in your midst, and a love that can only come from above when God is experienced together.
As important as Experiencing God has been to many people, Experiencing God Together is a necessary sequel. Christians must make the transition from knowing and doing the will of God as individuals to knowing and doing the will of God within a corporate body of believers.
This book deals with many significant questions: What did God have in mind when He chose to save us? What is the corporate nature of God’s great salvation? What does it mean to be born into the family of God? How does God want us to relate to other Christians around the world? When people attend our churches, do they experience a well-run organization or the presence of God? Do our churches reveal the collective knowledge of people or the manifest wisdom of God?
Experiencing God Together is also divided into four distinct sections that both stand alone and build upon one another. Each section will unpack specific dimensions of God’s great salvation and the purposes of God for our lives. When God’s ideal is realized, the impact on an individual, a church, a community, or a nation will be enormous.

Women Relating to God as Father By Mary A. Kassian
Women need to get to know God as Father and relate to Him as a blessed daughter. Our relationship with our earthly fathers positively or negativity impacts how we relate to Father God. Mary Kassian encourages women to clear barriers hindering them from seeing their loving Heavenly Father.
Readers are challenged to base their relationship with God on the truths of who He is rather than falsehoods about Him. God is:
- relational - He wants a personal relationship with all His daughters.
- caring - He protects and provides for His daughters.
- devoted - He guides and corrects with patience and forgiveness.
In My Father’s House: Women Relating to God as Father is a six-week interactive study with five daily lessons for individual study and weekly small-group sessions. A leader guide is provided at the back of the book for the facilitator of the small-group discussion.
Mary Kassian is a Canadian Baptist writer, speaker, and Bible teacher. Mary says, "In the last verse of the Old Testament, the prophet Malachi looked forward to a time of righteousness when the hearts of the fathers would be inclined toward the children, and the hearts of the children toward their fathers. Even now, the Father’s heart is inclined toward you. Will you incline your heart toward Him?

Your relationship with God is largely determined by your faith. When you come to Him, you must believe that He exists and that He is exactly who He has revealed Himself to be in Scriptures. You must also believe that He will respond to you when you earnestly seek Him. Without this kind of faith, you cannot please God. Regardless of the morality of your life, the good works you perform, the words you speak, or the sacrifices you make for His sake, if you do not have faith, you will not please Him. It can be tempting to substitute religious activity for faith in God. Christians may claim they are being "good stewards" of the resources when, in fact, they are wanting to walk by sight rather than by faith. They may refuse to do what God tells them unless they can see all the resources in place first.
You may say, "I love God, but I just have difficulty trusting Him." Then you are not pleasing to Him. You cannot struggle at the core of your relationship with God and still enjoy a vibrant fellowship with Him! Faith does not eliminate problems. Faith keeps you in a trusting relationship with God in the midst of your problems. Faith has to do with your relationship with God, not your circumstances. Some may say, "I’m not much of a person of faith. I am more of a practical person!" Yet you will never do anything more practical than to place your trust in the Lord! Nothing is more secure or certain than that which you entrust to God.

God’s Plan of Salvation
God loves us. "God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3: 16).
Christ died for us. "While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5: 8)
Sin separates us from God. "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6: 23)
Everyone sins. "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23)
Be repentant for our sins. "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out" (Acts 3:19)
Believe in Jesus. "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved" (Acts 16:31)
Tell others about our faith in Jesus. "If you confess with your mouth, `Jesus is Lord` and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9)
Live in a way that pleases God. "If you love me, you will obey what I command" (John 14:15)
