The word is out:  LifeWay Worship Music Group has redesigned its children's music curriculum, and it's available now!  The new Children's Music Series has a fresh look, a terrific sound, and an imaginative concept.  I hope the following overview will help familiarize you with this exciting children's choir curriculum and answer any questions about how you can use it in your church.

The updated materials - lesson plans and music, games and activities, visual aids, and more - are packaged in a three-ring binder and feature kid-appealing, action-packed photography and brilliant full-color art.

You'll still find a variety of styles to suit any church's personal worship approach.  All of the instrumental tracks for Music Time, Music Makers, and Young Musicians have been recorded by some of Nashville's top studio artists.  Some boast a contemporary sound that can easily be emulated by your own live praise band.

Selections include well-known contemporary worship songs as well as modern hymn arrangements.  Many of the songs for Music Makers and Young Musicians feature worship enhancements on a DVD included in the Teacher's Kit.

The new Children's Music Series is now released in a two-semester format for Fall and Spring instead of by quarter, and is available for purchase several months in advance.  For Fall 2005, products are referred to as "1.1" (Volume 1, Semester 1) and for Spring 2006, products are referred to as "1.2" (Volume 1, Semester 2).  The Fall 2005 semester is currently available to order, and the Spring 2006 semester is scheduled to release on September 15, 2005.  Please note that these products are now categorized as "undated" material in our order system, thereby having a longer shelf life, which will provide more convenience and availability to you and your churches.

For those customers who order products through the Quarterly Order Form Packet, the Fall 2005 semester (1.1) of Children's Music Series can be ordered on the Summer Dated Order Form.  When the next quarterly packet is released, these items will move to the Undated Order Form for the duration of their shelf life.  The Spring 2006 (1.2) semester of Children's Music Series will also appear on the Fall Dated Order Form at first, and then subsequently transfer to the Undated Order Form.  You may also order Children's Music Series products at LifeWay.com, or by calling one of our helpful sales representatives at 1-800-436-3869.
