The Approach of Bridge to Tomorrow in Your Church
The program carefully outlines responsibilities of each person on your leadership team, detailing the functions and objectives of every task. This approach gives you a cohesive group - one that is fully aware of the unique roles played by each team member. The program schedule allows ample time for successful completion in three phases: preparation, communication, and commitment. Each phase uses specific objectives and works in sequence to meet your campaign goals.

Preparation - A prayerfully-selected leadership team lays the campaign foundation as they establish the calendar and enlist and train team members.

Communication – Church-wide member participation primarily depends on communication. A carefully established communication plan ensures all members have the information they need to make their personal financial commitments.

Commitment – This phase is the high point of the campaign experience and an exciting milestone for your church. Everyone sees how they’ve moved toward reaching your financial goal. More importantly, the congregation embraces the vision of how the funding advances their kingdom ministry.

The Features of Bridge to Tomorrow
User-friendly software allows users to go through the Bridge to Tomorrow steps sequentially, providing unlimited opportunities for review and study prior to actual implementation of the program.

Materials necessary to conduct Bridge to Tomorrow are provided on a CD, including training guidance, communications materials and helps, and even Bible study lessons. Your church can customize these materials to include your church name, program name and any other features unique to your local setting.

These materials carefully outline the responsibilities of each person on the Leadership Team and specifically detail the function and objective of each task . This results in a cohesive organization - one that is fully aware of the unique role played by other team members.

A careful program calendar allow ample time for successful completion of each of three phases. As each Team member relates to others, and as each program assignment is completed, your church achieves a fully integrated approach to its capital stewardship needs.
