Evolution Can't Tell Darwin's Story

The new move 'Creation' is not just about Darwin's life, theory, and its theological implications. It is a story that unwittingly exposes the inability of materialism or science to either explain or to remedy the problems and deepest urges of the human heart – mortality, suffering, love, morality, purpose. The film's biggest failure is its inability to connect Darwin's personal triumph over adversity to the nihilistic implications of his own theory.
