Dear Brother and Sister in Christ,
Greetings from Ridgecrest Conference Center. We are looking for approximately 150 to 175 men and women to serve alongside us this summer as God brings over 10,000 guests to our campus in May, June, July, and August! We need staff who are willing and ready to serve Christ as they serve our guests and each other.
As the Appalachians stretch their way into North Carolina, they give birth to one of the most picturesque ranges in the nation known as the Blue Ridge Mountains. Winding along the Blue Ridge Parkway, just minutes from Asheville, rests the tranquil LifeWay Ridgecrest Conference Center.
During our summer schedule we have many youth camps, family camps, and adult events. We serve guests from many different denominations and from all over the country.
As you focus on serving others, we will serve you through our High Point Program. The heart of High Point is small group discipleship. You will meet weekly with 4 to 8 other staff in what we call covenant groups. Along with a weekly worship event, our High Point leaders plan several trips and events throughout the summer. New this summer, staff will be able participate in off-site mission projects in the surrounding areas. We are working with the North American Mission Board to plan these projects.
