When to Change Your Place of Ministry
A number of reasons can trigger thoughts of moving to another church. Few ministers begin and end their ministries in the same church. However, as ministers of education, we must be extremely careful and deliberate in making a decision to move. Here are some things to consider and suggestions on when not to move.

We Are in the People Business
Our ministry is to the people that God places in our lives and churches. The only true investment that brings returns is in people. We must intentionally schedule time (via coffee breaks, fishing trips, lunches, or a similar event) to invest in people. If relationship building is not intentionally scheduled, it likely will not happen.
