According to Gary Nicholson, AIA, Director of LifeWay Architecture, a number of factors must be considered before beginning a building project. Once it is decided what is needed, the church must determine what resources are available and compare that to what resources are required to achieve the goal. Resources include not only the finances, but also the skills and time to carry out a project.
