The quality of one's conference obviously begins with the comfort and functionality of the meeting space including three spacious auditoriums, Glorieta is ideal for virtually any sized event. The campus' wonderful diversity of classroom space provides meeting planners with ultimate flexibility through 69 breakout rooms and four, large general conference areas. Glorieta's entire mountain view campus sets a peaceful yet practical setting allowing guests to easily focus on the purpose of their meeting.

Holcomb Auditorium
Classrooms: 24 rooms
Auditorium: 2,700 capacity, theater-style, fixed seating

Holcomb Auditorium has been the site of countless conventions, and worship services over the years hosted by numerous groups and denominations within the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Comfortably seating 2,700 people, Holcomb is more than simply meeting space. It's grand wooden arches and columns stand proudly beside colorful stained glass windows. A host of stage lighting and sound system capabilities makes this auditorium an excellent venue for concerts, dramas and other staged gatherings for large numbers. The newly remodeled Holcomb facility provides 24 new classrooms within its beautifully remodeled four story structure. Extra wide hallways navigate large groups with ease offering an ideal location for breaks or pre-convene space. Holcomb's spacious classrooms offer brand new furnishings and can be equipped with any number of audio-video resources including wireless internet connection.

Aspen Auditorium
Classrooms: 10 rooms
Auditorium: 650 capacity, theater-style, flexible seating

If diversity is required, Glorieta's Aspen Auditorium can be arranged in virtually any format. From theater seating to banquet tables to even an indoor volleyball court, Aspen allows meeting planners the freedom to be creative. Wall mounted screens and a fixed audio system including wireless internet connection give this multi-functional space excellent communication capabilities. Groups utilizing the Aspen Auditorium facility will enjoy the 10 spacious classrooms that encompass this versatile venue.

Chapel Auditorium
Classrooms: 25 rooms
Auditorium: 500 capacity, theater-style, fixed seating

Just a few steps from the Holcomb Auditorium is yet another venue known as The Chapel. This 500 seat auditorium provides the same traditional feel as Holcomb, but on a smaller scale. Additional meeting space is available where 25 classrooms surround the Chapel auditorium. These rooms are adjacent to the Holcomb Auditorium and within a very short walk from New Mexico Hall.

     

New Mexico Hall

For smaller groups who desire a more intimate setting, Glorieta's New Mexico Lobby can be arranged with theater-style seating for approximately 50. A grand staircase and two massive fireplaces offer elegance to this meeting space, while large, sliding glass doors offer groups their desired privacy. Centrally located within Glorieta's sprawling campus is New Mexico Hall's second floor meeting space. A wooden planked balcony wraps around these classrooms which overlooks the main courtyard. If your looking for a unique idea for meetings, how about taking it outdoors. New Mexico Hall's second floor balcony offers a large, open-aired space with a picturesque view of the mountains that is ideal for evening receptions.

Each of Glorieta's venues includes the finest in audio-visual resources. The professional AV staff works closely with meeting planners to assure their participants enjoy comfort, visibility and clarity during meetings and sessions.
