No matter how beautifully constructed the meeting space or guest rooms might be, they quickly pale in comparison to what God so masterfully created on the outside. Here's a list of activities that can be enjoyed on Ridgecrest's beautiful campus:

As an added benefit to our guests, many of Ridgecrest's recreational activities are available to you at no additional charge. Equipment is available complimentary for guests to check out at either the main Rec Shack (near the recreation fields) or at the registration desk in Pritchell. Guests will only be charged (replacement value) if equipment is damaged or not returned. Hours of operation for the Rec Shack vary by season and by campus occupancy.
And wait until you see the hiking trails. White oak and red maple trees seem to reach to the clouds. Evergreens blanket the trails with dropped pine cones. And the mountain laurel grows so thick in places, it creates a lush umbrella over the entire pathway. Trails range from easy to moderately difficult, but each afford spectacular views from scenic vantage points.

Adventure Recreation:
Each outdoor experience is facilitated by trained leaders of Ridgecrest’s Adventure Recreation Staff. This is a perfect opportunity for youth leaders to build memorable and rewarding times into their camp program – or use it for some great fun and fellowship!

Rate Information
Team Initiatives
Team Initiatives are a series of activities designed to facilitate communication, teamwork and group building. These activities may include activities on the low ropes course. A completed waiver is required for participation. (Rate: $12.50 per person per 2 hour session. Min. 8 persons per group.)
High Challenge Course
A High Challenge Course is a series of activities constructed 25 feet or so in an area connected by trees. Participants are encouraged physically and mentally to complete a series of challenges while safely attached to the course. Fully supervised by trained staff. A completed waiver is required for participation. (Rate: $23.00 per person for 1/2 day session. Minimum 8 persons per group.)

Laser Tag
Teamwork and strategy are a must in this fast-paced, adrenaline-pumping game. Both indoor and outdoor settings are available for play. (Rate: $18.00 per person per 1 hr session. Equipment provided. Additional time and rates are also available.)

• 3 hours of High Challenge
Release Form Requirements
You must be at least 10 years old to participate. Youth 17 years and younger require a notarized release form signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in Adventure Recreation activities.
