Beth Moore Resources

Known for presenting the Scripture in living color, Christian speaker, Bible study author, and ministry leader Beth Moore brings joy and excitement in Christ to life through words. Her deep love for the Savior is obvious; her style of speaking electric. She loves the Lord, loves to laugh, and loves to be with His people.

At the request of her first Bible study class, she wrote daily homework on the Old Testament Tabernacle. That material later became Beth’s first published Bible study, A Woman’s Heart, God’s Dwelling Place. Numerous books have followed. Beth speaks at conferences all over the United States and enjoys getting to serve women of every age and denomination. She is passionate about women knowing and loving the Word of God.

Esther Bible StudyEsther: It's Tough Being a Woman

Esther may have been a queen, but her life was no fairy tale. An outsider, a foreigner, and an orphan, she found herself facing an evil plan to destroy her people. The story of Esther is a profile in courage and contains many modern parallels for today's overloaded and stressed woman.

Plan now to bring the women in your church to a Living Proof Live event. Beth's focus is always the Scripture that God lays on her heart for each event, so no two are the same. Beth will also be a featured speaker at Deeper Still – The Event.

I wanted to post a comment on the Believing God Bible study. I hope Beth sees this peronally, but if not, God knows. I have an Autistic son. He is the Joy of my life. I also have a seizure dissorder and in recent months the medication has not done its job. I was going down hill wondering what has happened to God. Is he really there? A friend bought the book and loned me the cds from the church. It has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I thank God, my friend, and now I a thanking you Beth Moore. You are truly annointed by God. I love your ministry and you have chalanged me to not look for people to tell me what to believe, but to look to God and his word, even when I don't want to open the Bible. My life has been a hard one, but by faith God will heal and reward. Thank you so much Terrie

He Knows My Name…. I assure you, He Know yours too!!! Sept. 9, 2008 Beth, Your studies have blessed me so much!!! I wanted to share this experience with you and your many readers. A current study I’m participating in titled “The Patriarchs” has me reading scripture from the book of Genesis. You can recall the story of Abram and Sarai. The covenant. The promised child. I image Sarai became rather weary as she awaited the fulfilling of God’s promise. So much so she offers her maidservant Hagar to her husband in an attempt to produce an heir. As scripture states “When Hagar knew she was pregnant she despised Sarai.” After all she was the fertile wife and perhaps felt somewhat superior to her mistress. When Sarah had enough of her servant’s uppity attitude she begins mistreating her. Hagar in her distress runs away. Much like Hagar, many of us might also relate to running away from our difficult situations, feelings of mistreatment, discouragement, possibly even defeat.. We cry out in our despair… Lord are you there? Fear, anger, depression can sit in and began to rob us of our hope and joy. Doubt is a place the enemy can make us feel hopeless, can’t he? We might even start questioning “Do you see what I’m going through here, LORD? Do you even care?” Last weekend was one of those occasions for me. The trials and tests were wearing on me. While driving down a nearby street I allowed discouragement to sweep over me. In my frustration at what has seemed to be a lengthy delay on Gods part I began pilling on heaps of doubt. Filled to the brim with melancholy I allowed the questions to roll over my mind… God do you see me? Do you even know who I am? Pulling up to a 4 way stop sign I blinked back the moisture which was blurring my vision. Ready to proceed through the intersection I glanced left then right. I could hardly believe the sight that greeted me. You may think it’s a coincidence but I believe otherwise. Much to my amusement and amazement the brown cardboard sign which hung there held a very special message affirming that “Yes, in deed Debbie, Your savior most certainly does know who you are. So, ok… most likely the simple, Hand written sign was of human origin, I’ll give you that, but the timing, the name, the place had to be divinely inspired. Another comforting thought I’ll share would be the following day while reading over my study on Hagar… Genesis 16:13 Hagar gave this name to the LORD: “You are the God who sees me.” Doesn’t that comfort you? The LORD our God is the God who sees us. It sure Blesses me!!! Getting back to Sarah. Can you relate to her behavior?. We often rush ahead of God’s divine plan for our life in an attempt to speed things up. I must admit I too have pondered the thoughts as did Sarah … "Lord, how much longer must I wait until I see your mighty hand move in my own situation?" God‘s timing apparently didn‘t make much sense to Sarah either. “After I’m worn out and we’re old, Will I now have the pleasure?”…… Oh, but don’t stop there… read just a few sentences further, as the Lord responds to Abraham regarding his wife Sarah’s doubt and amusement. …. “Is anything too hard for the LORD?“ I think not!!! All things are possible for those who believe. Yes, He Does indeed know my Name! Note:In the event that the attached photo is unable to be posted the wording on the brown cardboard sign read "Hi Debbie 'I wanted so much to capture this rare moment so the following day with camera in hand I drove back to the same spot and took the picture which I know will bless me in days to come. He's so GOOD!!! Isn't He?

I wanted to thank Beth Moore for all the work she does for all women. I have gone thru two bible studies recently and we have two more weeks on the present one. The ladies in church commented we enjoy the studies and it is also sad to know one is ending. Isn't that something. I would never had thought I would be sad because a bible study was over. Beth bible studies have helped me deal with things in my past that I had thought I had put behind me but what I had done was just to deny that our past sins or things in our past would be effecting your life today. I thought if I didn't think about childhood hurts, abuse, lies, and things children should not have to go through. they would just go away. Well, Thank the Lord and the Word and bible study "Breaking Free" is helping a woman of 57 yrs old deal with her past. I often wonder what was wrong with me. why I ran away at the first sign of difficult, no matter if it was a job, relationship, or anything that I thought would hurt me. so I just kept running away. I am trying to face and deal with each issue. I would have never thought I would be doing this. I praise the Lord and Loving, Caring Christians. I attend the Living Proof in Louisville Ky this weekend. It was by satillite. It was shown at GlenLock Baptist Church in Roopville, Ga. It blessed everyone there. We had a great time with the Lord. Praising his wonderful name. You just want to stay in the word. It is like you can't read it enough. I am a avid reader but I don't want to read anything except the Word. Isn't that great. I hope someone would forward to Beth Moore office. We just wanted to say Thank you.
