John Kramp
Vice president, church resources division
Kramp leads the LifeWay Church Resources division in developing strategies, products, programs, and services that will contribute to the effectiveness and spiritual growth of churches and individuals. This comprehensive assignment is addressed by providing programs, products and services that help churches grow in the areas of Bible study, discipleship, music, worship, administration, media/library, recreation, fellowship and family ministry, and by consulting with church leaders regarding total church growth concepts, strategies and resources.
Kramp joined LifeWay in 1992 after 15 years in pastoral ministry. Before his 2005 appointment as vice president for church resources, Kramp was director of the church ministry solutions area.
A graduate of Baylor University, Kramp holds a master’s of divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a master’s in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Kramp has served in a variety of church leadership roles including Sunday School teacher, missions committee chairman and ESL ministry worker. He is a member of Grace Community Church (SBC) in Brentwood, Tenn., and serves on the board of InterFACE, a ministry to international students in the Nashville area.
He resides in Franklin, Tenn., with his wife Lynn Marie. They have two children.
