"I am 71 years old and have used Journey as part of my quiet time every morning for several years. No matter what age or subject the articles might be written for or about, they bless me."

Journey has not only been a blessing in my personal devotion time for the past four years, but also to a very special group of women at our church. We have been meeting on Monday evenings for the past year and a half. We use Journey as our guide for personal devotion during the week, and gather once a week to share how God has spoke to us through out the week. We call it our Gather, Guide and Grow time. Our group is comprised of all ages and all seasons of our walk with the Lord. Thank you for your committment to publishing Journey. Because of you, we are a stronger group of women for Christ.

Blessings,
First Baptist Church of Coal City, IL

I don't know if it's that my heart is extraordinarily open to learning at this time, or if it's the Journey writers who have transformed their fruitful words into extraordinary inspiration, or a combination of both; but this month's Journey (March 2009) has touched me like no other. For instance, on March 13th, powerful, powerful words for powerful daily living! And again on March 21st, God's true, unadulterated power at its best! Both these articles are about courage, and I'm learning that courage is fear that has prayed. We never get too old to learn as long as God graciously breathes His breath of life into us. I'm 64. Thank you, Journey staff, for providing a vehicle to travel life's bumpy roads!

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy Journey. The article on March 28 & 29 - "What-if World" by Laurin Makohon - really helped me. I am a Christian and know worry is a lack of faith, but this brought it home to me. The Bible verses helped me so much.

I have been using Journey for many years to start my devotion time. I find them to always be relevant no matter what I am going thru. I do wish you would spread the extra articles throughout the magazine. I keep my book folded to the day of the month. I don't always have time to read all the articles that are in the center of the magazine. Keep up the good work.
