Application Process

• Our online application is available June 1 through November 16.
• All applicants must complete an online application and have a personal interview.
• If you cannot come to an interview submit a video interview request.
• Interviews are ONLY held in October and November.
• Applicants will be notified of placement by January 31.

Age Requirements

Centrifuge and M-Fuge applicants must be 21 years old by September 1, 2008.

We do not hire high school students. If you are a high school student and are interested in working a Fuge camp in the future, we recommend the Student Leader Apprentice (SLA) program, SLA is a two-week M-Fuge experience for those entering or just completing their senior year in high school. The first week is dedicated to leadership development and Bible study, the second week the student is apprenticed to an M-Fuge staffer.

1. You will build great relationships with campers and will develop life-long friendships with staff.
2. You will contribute to the spiritual growth of the next generation of believers.
3. You will help to lead hundreds of students to a deeper walk with our Lord.
4. Camp provides great life experience for future ministry.
5. You make good money! We pay our staff higher wages than other camps.

Our Expectations:

1. Have a vibrant walk with the Lord and maintain a daily quiet time.
2. Have a genuine love for students.
3. Lead a daily Bible study for campers.
4. Lead a daily track time.
5. Share the gospel and disciple students.
6. Help make camp run smoothly and be involved in weekly evaluation of camp.
7. Seek and work toward team unity.
8. Abide by staff policies as outlined in Statement of Commitment and staff manual.
