Video Interviews must be received by November 1 to be considered.

This video is just a chance for us to get to know who you are and what God is doing in your life. Do your best to relax and show your personality. Here are some guidelines for the video interview:

• Keep your video between 15 and 25 minutes.
• Submit your video on DVD or a VHS tape.
• Submit the video with a printed application.
• If you would like your tape returned, enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

In your 15-25 minute video, please make sure you cover the following:

• The basics about you:
  • Your name
  • What program you are applying for
  • What tracks you are applying to teach
  • Where you are from.
• A short testimony.
  • How did you come to know Christ?
  • What has God been teaching you lately?
  • Talk about your daily quiet time.
• Where are you in your life right now?
  • Are you in school?
  • In what ministry opportunities are you currently involved?
• Talk about experiences you have had working with this age group (teenagers for Centrifuge, M-Fuge, children for Crosspoint and Centri-Kid).
• Talk about experiences you have had teaching or leading in the specific track, sport, or ministry track you are applying for.
• Talk about opportunities you have had to lead and teach Bible Study.
  • Have you lead any Disciple Nows?
  • What age groups?
  • Have you taught Sunday School and or VBS?
• Why do you want to work in this ministry?
• How do you feel that God has called you, gifted you, equipped you for this particular experience?
• Please share anything else about you that would help us get to know you better.

Make sure you make us aware of any date conflicts you have during the summer. When is the earliest you could start? The latest you could stay? Any weddings or graduations that you have to be a part of within that time (make sure you refer to the wedding policy in the application!).
