Struggling to get leaders “plugged in” to children’s ministry? This conference center experience can help your children’s leaders discover their purpose in ministry. Leaders learn fun interactive teaching methods, discover how to develop relationships with children and their families, and leave equipped to face the challenges in today’s classroom. Conferences explore the needs of both the small and large children’s ministry, and help build leadership skills and facilitate opportunities to boost a team spirit among volunteers. Seminars are available for the new children’s leader as well as the seasoned veteran, and a special track for professional children’s ministers is offered. All workers with children can enjoy networking with other children’s leaders from across the country while being challenged by ministry opportunities.
