Promotional Resources
A successful women’s ministry event doesn’t have to be overwhelming. We’re here to walk you step-by-step through the process. And we have an abundance of resources to help you promote your event within your church and in the community beyond. Promotion is vital to the success of your women’s event. We have a growing online library of promotional tools that you can download (bulletin inserts, posters, flyers, invite cards, web ads, postcards, e-mail template, and PowerPoint slide) for free, customize with your own information, and print (either on your church’s printers or at a local print shop).
Or, if you’re short on time or resources, you can order printed materials (posters, invite cards, promotional DVD’s, buckslips, and postcards). You’ll only pay the postage.
Download instructions:
- Download file.
- Customize* the promotional materials with dates, location, and other information relevant to your event.
- Save the file to your computer or to a removable drive, CD/DVD, or other media.
- Print as many copies as you need on your printer (don’t forget to use the correct size paper), or deliver the file to your local print shop to have your materials printed with your individual event information.
- Event postcards and invite cards will have two Word template documents to customize the reverse side – one template for downloadable postcards and one for printed postcards ordered through the warehouse.

PosterCustomize your posters and post them all around your church facilities. Place posters in Sunday School folders. Distribute them in small groups. Leave them at the welcome center desk for pick-up or post in women’s restroom stalls.

FlyerCustomize your flyers and post them all around your church facilities. Place flyers in Sunday School folders. Distribute them in small groups. Leave them at the welcome center desk for pick-up or post in women’s restroom stalls.

PostcardsPostcards feature an eye-catching message on the front. Customize your message on the reverse side. Postcards can be part of a direct mail campaign, or ask local businesses to keep a stack of postcards at the cash register.
Size: 8.5” x 5.5” (two postcards on 8.5” x 11” sheet)

Invite CardsMake it easy for your church members to invite their friends and neighbors.
Size: 2” x 3.5” (eight invite cards on 8..5” x 11” sheet)
This download includes a PDF with the invite card front and two Word template documents to customize the reverse side – one template for downloadable invite cards and one for printed invite cards ordered through the warehouse. Customize the template document that you need with dates, location and other information relevant to your event. Save the PDF and your template document files to your computer or to a removable drive, CD/DVD, or other media. Print as many copies as you need on your printer, or deliver to your local print shop to have your postcards printed. Remember to print the PDF on one side of the sheet and the template document on the other side, using postcard-weight paper (10 invite cards will print per sheet).

Bulletin InsertsThe front side provides a description of the event. If you choose, you can use the back side to provide information that is specific to your church, where to get tickets, how to get to the event, etc.
