We have just started a small, Young At Heart group. The group is for ages 21 and up. When we first started there were only about 7 of us. However, after experiencing the lessons in the book and word of mouth, our group gained membership to about 15 people. We are a small, country church with Sunday attendance of around 55 people. This book worked great for us, the lessons were easy and easily understandable. It helped to share information about ourselves, by questions that were asked in the book. I would recommend this to any church wanting to start a small group. This book is the first place to start.

We began a new start up Life Group and this book was recommended as a great place to begin. We started with 8 books. Ordered 6 more after the 3rd meeting, had excellent response, ordered 6 more books, split the new group into 2 groups of 15 to 18 each then ordered 6 more books!! The lessons are easy to understand and we have great participation. It is a terrific "ice breaker" for start up groups to utilize and really helps to get members plugged in, on-board, and committed! GREAT BEGINNINGS IS RIGHT ON TARGET!!
