First Time User Information

The Christian Growth Study Plan Report Request System allows CGSP reports to be requested over the Internet. To access the report request system, one must have a valid CGSP Logon ID and PIN. If you do not have a CGSP Logon ID or you have forgotten your PIN, call the Christian Growth Study Plan office at 1-800-968-5519.

The requested report(s) will generally be available 24-36 hours after entering the request. You will receive an email notification that the requested report has been generated and is ready for viewing. The email notification will also contain a URL (an Internet address) that should be used to locate the requested report with your Web browser (i.e. Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, etc.).

The reports are provided in a format known as Portable Document Format (.pdf). In order to view, print and/or save the report, you MUST have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be obtained free of charge from the Adobe Systems Incorporated Web site. Once installed, the Adobe Acrobat Reader will be used to access all CGSP reports requested. Click the "Get Acrobat Reader" picture below to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Adobe Web site will provide instructions on how to download and install the Adobe Acrobat reader on your system and, provides information on how to contact their technical support for questions about this process.

If you attempt to view a requested report and you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you will not be able to view the report.
