| Q. |
May I use any
browser to access the CGSP Report Request System? |
| A. |
The CGSP Report Request System
uses tables to display information. You must use
a browser that supports HTML 3.2 tables such as
Netscape Navigator 3.x and Microsoft Internet
Explorer 3.x and higher. Also, the current
versions of both CompuServe 3.0 and America
Online 3.0 software work fine. The CompuServe 2.5
software has caused several problems for some
users; therefore, we recommend at least
CompuServe 2.6. Browsers in earlier versions of
both CompuServe and AOL along with Mosaic do not
support tables and will not work with the Dated
Resources Online Order Form. |

| Q. |
How do I log in? |
| A. |
On the first
page, enter your CGSP Logon ID. Then enter your
CGSP PIN. If you do not know this information,
contact the Christian Growth Study Plan office at
1-800-968-5519. |
| |
|
| Q. |
Will my reports
be secure? |
| A. |
Your Logon and
PIN combination are unique. This ensures that
anyone requesting information for your
church/association/convention be required to have
this unique Logon and PIN combination. Do not
share this information with anyone. You may
change your PIN number using the CGSP Report
Request system. |
| |

|
| Q. |

| A. |
Contact the
Christian Growth Study Plan office at

| |
|
| Q. |
Why does it take
over 24 hours to receive completed reports? |
| A. |
The 24-36 hour
time frame estimate for report completion is the
longest estimated time for report completion. In
many cases, the reports may be completed sooner.
In some cases, it may be possible that the report
will be completed within a half an hour of your
request. The amount of time it takes to complete
a report depends primarily on the number of other
report requests that have been made by everyone
accessing the CGSP Report Request System. |
| |
|
| Q. |
What if I do not
receive a notification message regarding
completion of the report(s) I have requested? |
| A. |
If it has been
over 36 hours from the time you originally
requested the report, and you have not received a
report completion notification via email, it is
likely that the report completion notification
message was sent to an invalid email address.
This happens when you have entered an incorrect
email address on the Select Report screen of the
CGSP Report Request System. Please request the
report again, ensuring that the email address
entered is valid. The email address entered on
the Select Report screen is used to send the
report completion notification message. If you do
not receive the report completion notification
after ensuring that a correct email address has
been entered, contact the CGSP office at (615)
251-2525. |
| |
|
| Q. |
Is my CompuServe
address a valid Internet email address? |
| A. |
In
order to ensure that your report confirmations
can be successfully sent to your CompuServe mail
box, proper Internet address formatting must be
followed. For example, if your CompuServe account
number was 12345,6789 the proper
Internet email address would be:
12345.6789@compuserve.com
Notice that the
comma between the first and second set of numbers
has been replaced with a period.

| |
|
| Q. |
Will I receive a confirmation notice that my credit requests have been processed? |
| A. |
If you send credit
requests through email, we will reply that your request
has arrived in our offices. If you mail your credit
requests, you will not receive a confirmation due to
the expense of the mailing. We receive an average of
500 credit requests a day! You may confirm the credit
by viewing your transcript on the Christian Growth Study
Plan Web site. |

system. |

|
| Q. |
If I need to make corrections on the Member
List, can I do this through the Web site? |
| A. |
You can email these
corrections to cgspnet@lifeway.com. Please include
the Christian Growth Study Plan Personal Number for
each person needing a correction. For clarity, provide
the correct information and the incorrect information
so that we can make the appropriate change. |
| |
|
| Q. |
Why are some members missing
from our Member List? |
| A. |
In July 1996, we transferred
the Church Study Course records to the Christian Growth Study
Plan data base. If a person had not earned a credit since
October 1993, his or her Church Study Course record was
archived. In addition, we only transferred work in progress.
If a person had all completed work, his record did not
transfer. Upon request, we will be glad to transfer a
person’s archived record to the Christian Growth Study
Plan. |

|
| Q. |

later editions will download the reports. If you do not
have the Acrobat Reader, click First Time User on our
Web site for assistance. |
