Would you like to receive your Christian Growth Study Plan (CGSP) transcript? You have come to the right place. If you are a church leader, you can get your church’s CGSP member list and transcripts. State and associational leaders can get various reports as well.

The requested report(s) will generally be available 24-36 hours after entering the request. You will receive an email notification that the requested report has been generated and is ready for viewing. The email notification will also contain a URL (an Internet address) that should be used to locate the requested report with your Web browser (i.e. Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, etc.).

The reports are provided in a format known as Portable Document Format (.pdf). In order to view, print and/or save the report, you MUST have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be obtained free of charge from the Adobe Systems Incorporated Web site. Once installed, the Adobe Acrobat Reader will be used to access all CGSP reports requested. The Adobe Web site will provide instructions on how to download and install the Adobe Acrobat reader on your system and provides information on how to contact their technical support for questions about this process.
