Course Catalog
You will find all of the plans in both the Leadership and Skill Development category and the Christian Growth category of plans. Just click on the category you need then select the language then select the plan. The introduction to each category will assist you in using the plans. If you have a resource, but you do not have the course code, click on Resource Search. You can select the resource from a drop down box that lists all of the resources in alphabetical order. Or you can key in the title then click on Search.

Report Request
You may request your CGSP transcript on this page. If you are the CGSP coordinator or a staff person for your church, you can request the CGSP Member List and transcripts for your church. If you are an associational or state convention leader, you can also request reports about CGSP activity in your association or state. You will need an identification number and PIN. Contact the CGSP staff for this information (cgspnet@lifeway.com or 1.800.968.5519).

Request Credit
You may request course credit for completed work by using these electronic forms. Use form 725 for individual credit and for new CGSP participants. If you have a group that has completed a course and all participants have previously completed CGSP credits, you can use form 775. You are also welcome to contact the CGSP staff to get a master for duplicating these forms.
