The Structure of the
Christian Growth Study Plan
The Christian Growth Study Plan is organized by two categories of diploma plans:
- Leadership and Skill Development
- Christian Growth
Various SBC entities sponsor the diploma plans in these two categories. They design and maintain the plans. The sponsors include the International Mission Board, North American Mission Board, LifeWay Christian Resources, and Woman's Missionary Union. Furthermore, the Southern Baptist seminaries, state conventions and associations play significant roles in assisting the churches with information and resources.
