The Christian Growth Study Plan certificate is issued automatically after credit is issued for the final course requirement. All of the courses in a Leadership and Skill Development plan must be completed and registered before a certificate is sent to the church or participant. The certificate is mailed to the church so that recognition can be given during a church family gathering. If the participant's CGSP file in the data base does not have a church identification, the certificate is sent directly to the participant.
