The Purpose of the
Christian Growth Study Plan
The Christian Growth Study Plan is designed to assist churches with a systematic approach to leadership and skills development and Christian growth. The subtitle, Preparing Christians to Serve, reflects the message of Ephesians 4:12-13, which challenges every church family to train leaders and guide Christians to spiritual maturity.
"...to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." (Ephesians 4:12-13 NIV)
