Receiving Diplomas
The Christian Growth Study Plan diploma is issued automatically after credit is issued for the final course requirement. All of the courses in a Leadership and Skill Development diploma plan must be completed and registered before a diploma is sent to the church or participant. The diploma is mailed to the church so that recognition can be given during a church family gathering. If the participant's CGSP file in the data base does not have a church identification, the diploma is sent directly to the participant.
The Christian Growth Study Plan records need to be updated when participants change their church membership.
