WHY DO WE NEED FAITH?

-
Untold millions lost without Jesus
HOW IS FAITH DIFFERENT FROM OTHER EVANGELISTIC TRAINING APPROACHES?
-
FAITH “marries” Sunday School and evangelism.
-
The FAITH gospel presentation is easy to learn and simple to use.
-
FAITH can help your church to realize more public professions of faith, increased baptisms, and stronger assimilation of new members into your fellowship.
-
FAITH lights a fire of “soul consciousness” in your Sunday School.
WHAT CHURCHES CAN DO FAITH?
ANY CHURCH of ANY SIZE with a Sunday School and a pastor who is willing to lead, can successfully use the FAITH Sunday School Evangelism Strategy. To start FAITH, you need a trained pastor and two participants forming the first team.
WHO SHOULD DO FAITH IN OUR CHURCH?
Your first goal is to have at least one FAITH team created in each age division in your Sunday School (including preschool and children leaders). A FAITH Team consists of three people (a leader who has already received training and two learners) who are all members of the same Sunday School unit. FAITH teams reproduce themselves within their unit each semester. Your ultimate goal is to have at least one team in each Sunday School class.
WHEN IS FAITH TAUGHT?
It is taught at a time during the week designated by the church that is best for leaders and learners to receive class instruction, on the job training (visitation), and celebration time. FAITH is not taught during the Sunday School time.
HOW LONG IS FAITH TRAINING?
A FAITH training semester is 16 sessions. This gives each Team Learner opportunity to learn the Gospel Presentation, see it modeled several times during visitation and get to the point where he or she can lead visits where the gospel is shared.
WILL OUR CHURCH MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN FAITH?
YES! Because:
-
FAITH reduces task load on your active members.
-
FAITH builds people up rather than using them up.
-
FAITH creates a Great Commission vision.
-
FAITH revitalizes Sunday School and church life.
-
FAITH develops confidence in personal soul winning.
-
FAITH produces measurable, noticeable results in Sunday School classes.
WHAT DOES OUR CHURCH RECEIVE AT A FAITH TRAINING CLINIC?
Clinic cost for the pastor includes all teaching resources, a sample of all training materials for your church, administrative resources, all clinic meals, snacks, and complete FAITH instruction. The fee for all other attendees provides all the necessary FAITH Learner resources and meals and snacks for the entire clinic. Housing can be provided by the host church at no additional cost, when requested in advance by the registrant.
HOW DO WE BEGIN FAITH IN OUR CHURCH?
The pastor attends a FAITH Training Clinic with Sunday School leaders from your church. Endeavor to bring at least five persons to a FAITH Clinic, each person representing one each of the age divisions of your Sunday School. This will enable you to begin FAITH throughout your Sunday School when you return from the FAITH training clinic. Since only those persons who have been trained in FAITH can train someone else, the more people you bring to a Clinic, the larger start you can have in the FAITH Sunday School Evangelism Strategy®.
